There's an interesting regular at one of my favorite local bars. What makes him interesting is the combination of him being blind and his habit of getting fairly loaded. Very nice guy, but it's rather hard helping a fella who has both no sight and very little motor control left out the door. The first time I gave him a hand outside, I almost parted ways by saying "Are you sure you're okay to drive?" before I realized that was rather redundant...
