You'd think with the ability to place this particular envelope in the larger box on the left of picture #2, they would have actually done so.

I had this experience a couple weeks ago as well. I received a diploma for joining NSCS with the same "Do Not Bend' instructions on them. Alas, it was placed in the smaller box bent all to hell, instead of placing it in one of the larger parcel boxes and leaving me the key. Bah!
